Frequently asked questions
Do you have any questions? Ask away and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
I mainly focus on small leather goods and accessories, such as wallets, cardholders, keyrings, passport holders and purses. I’m always open to new ideas though and would love to hear about any projects you have in mind.
The majority of my work is done using traditional hand tools such as skiving knives, stitching chisels and 2 needles and thread, with as few machines and powered processes as possible, the only powered tools i use are my hot press for pressing logos and initials, my bell skiver for thinning leather edges and the filetuse machine which is used to crease edges and melt edge paint.
I currently only offer bespoke commissions, but check back soon as I hope to have a small selection of ready made items available in my shop in the near future.
Typically, a bespoke commission will take me anywhere from two to four weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of materials.
I do. I believe that leather goods should be repaired and cherished, not discarded. All of my products are built with that in mind.
